Stefan Beier is a body and movement therapist and men’s coach in his own practice in Berlin, focussing on individual and couple counselling, team coaching and men’s work. Furthermore he works as a men’s health expert in Dresden.
Working with Thomas Hübl since 2002, and assistant since 2007, he is increasingly fascinated by the transformative power of simple, awake encounters between Me and You. This essential practice is a key part of the Auschwitz retreats he started creating 2013.
He is especially interested to confront himself with the perpetrator’s energies and not to shy away from the fascinating aspects in it.

Monika Messner is a midwife and yoga teacher and has been accompanying women and their partners*in a “baby-friendly hospital” in the birth process for more than 25 years.
She is a participant in the German Coregroup of Thomas Hübl and the international Pocket Project. Since 2014 she has been an active member of the W.E. team, has been five times with groups in Auschwitz/ Oswiecim in Poland and feels responsible for the travel organization besides the facilitating on site.
Her greatest wish is to bring people of different national and religious origins together for common witnessing on the spot and thus to enable a restoration of the relationship.

Susanne Stillhammer works as consultant and coach. She advises companies on the implementation of structural and cultural change.
As a coach, she supports her clients in discovering their own potential as well as shadow issues. Her heartfelt intention is to help people to live from their deepest truth.
As participant in a W.E. Auschwitz journey she learned about the impact and power of witnessing in empathy. In Auschwitz, a place of the utmost horror, she experienced also a deep grace. Touched by this experience she joined the W.E. team in order to „really look and feel“ and to give others access to similar experiences.

Stefan Enzler has been creating rooms for transformation for 25 years, to enable people in organizations to create a healthy, creative, successful and self-dependent development in times of increasing change and requirements.
In order to achieve these goals, Stefan combines calmness, personal presence, relationship skills and intuition with evolutionary approaches to management which are connected to daily life topics.
Since 2014 he organizes in the W.E.-Team group tours to Auschwitz, to create a conscious engagement with the holocaust. During these visits to Auschwitz, this place of deep inhumanity, Stefan aims to create a conscious, open hearted compassion, close human contact and mutual support that goes beyond personal lifelines, religion and other references of identification.
